Are you covered by insurance?
Yes! As a Registered Massage Therapist, my treatments are covered by most extended healthcare insurance plans. Receipts are provided in the name of the person receiving service ONLY. Directly billing is offered as a courtesy, when available - however, all appointment fees are the responsibility of the client.
What are my payment options?
I accept payment by debit, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash is only excepted if the exact amount is provided, I do not make change. An insurance receipt is provided at the end of each treatment.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking available on site.
Do I have to take my clothes off?
No. Your comfort is my utmost priority. I've treated clients who are nude to fully clothed and everything in between. I will address any needs regarding draping and body positioning to ensure you always feel safe and secure.
Does massage hurt?
Your massage doesn't need to hurt to be effective. In massage, pain that causes your body to tense up is counterintuitive. If you experience any pain or discomfort during our session, please tell me! I'm always happy to stop or modify the treatment to suit your needs.
Do you do deep tissue
It is my controversial opinion that deep tissue is not a real modality and only leads to confuse people. If you're asking whether I provide firm pressure, I'm able to meet the needs of most clients. If you want someone who will leave you feeling "beat up" or believe in "no pain, no gain," I will gladly refer you to a better-suited therapist.
Should I tip?
I don't require tips! The best way to show your appreciation is to recommend me to others.
I'm sick. Should I keep my appointment?
If you feel sick, you MUST cancel your appointment, especially if you suspect a fever. Your massage will be safer and more enjoyable once you feel better. Please note the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies in the event of illness or emergency.
I got called into work... I have a meeting... I forgot... Can I reschedule?
I understand that unexpected things happen in life, however I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy that still applies in every situation. I respect your time and would appreciate you respecting mine.
